What happens after I submit the Get Started form?
We’ll schedule a discovery call to understand your studio’s workflow, then configure your workspace, run guided training with your team, and support you through going live. Payment is confirmed before your workspace is set up — no ambiguous starts on either side.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a self-serve free trial — every studio goes through guided onboarding. What we offer instead is a 30-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked, so there is no financial risk to getting started.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. On Starter you can add up to 2 extra users beyond the 3 included (max 5 total) at $5/user/month. On Studio you can add up to 5 extra users beyond the 10 included (max 15 total) at the same rate. Both are handled manually — just contact us.
What does “Join Waitlist” mean for Studio and Pro?
Studio and Pro are shown so you can see where StitchCore is heading. We’re not actively onboarding those tiers right now. Join the waitlist and we’ll reach out when onboarding opens — your place is noted from the moment you submit.
Are prices in USD?
