Built for the way bespoke studios actually work.
StitchCore is tailoring studio management software built specifically for premium bespoke studios. Orders, customers, production teams, and payroll — one system, configured to your workflow, so your team can stay focused on the craft instead of the chaos.
Born from real studio problems.
StitchCore is built by the team at PanjWebz — a full-service digital agency based in Punjab, India, with hands-on experience building systems for fashion brands and garment manufacturers. Everywhere we worked, we saw the same problem: exceptional craftsmanship running on paper slips, WhatsApp threads, and disconnected spreadsheets.
We didn’t build StitchCore from assumptions. We built it with studios — working directly with GentStyle Bespoke Tailoring and Sasa Style as early partners, shaping every feature around the realities of how a premium bespoke studio actually operates day to day. The result is a platform that mirrors real workflows, not textbook ones.
Four things that never change.
Configured to your studio
Every workspace is set up around the way your studio works — your stages, your garment types, your roles. You don’t adapt to the software. The software adapts to you.
Built from real feedback
Every feature in StitchCore exists because a real studio needed it. We don’t build from assumptions — we build from conversations, demos, and direct observation of how studios actually run.
Your data is always yours
Each studio runs in a fully isolated workspace — dedicated subdomain, separate database, no shared infrastructure. There is no technical pathway between your data and any other studio’s.
Evolves with the studios using it
The product is shaped by the studios using it today. As they grow and their needs change, StitchCore grows with them. The roadmap is a living thing — not a fixed feature list.
Software that respects the craft.
Bespoke tailoring is one of the few industries where the human element cannot be replaced — every garment is a relationship between a studio and a client. Our aim is simple: make the operational side of that relationship invisible, so the craft stays at the centre.
We are building StitchCore to be the platform that serious bespoke studios rely on for the long term — one that earns trust slowly, through honesty, stability, and a product that genuinely works.
