Platform Overview
StitchCore — Built for Bespoke Studios
StitchCore is a management platform built specifically for premium bespoke tailoring businesses. It covers the full operational layer — orders, individual garments within those orders, client profiles, measurements, team coordination, role-based access, and customer communication — all in one place. Not a generic tool adapted for tailoring. Built from the ground up for how bespoke studios actually operate, co-developed with real businesses from day one.
Who It’s For
Premium bespoke businesses with real operational complexity
StitchCore is built for businesses that take custom-fit garment orders for individual clients, manage a team of tailors and specialists, and have enough volume that manual tracking — WhatsApp threads, shared spreadsheets, verbal handoffs — creates real operational pain.
- Bespoke tailoring studios — fixed location, appointment-driven, team-led
- Travelling bespoke brands — trunk shows, home visits, orders across cities and countries
- Influencer-led bespoke labels — brand-first operators with a team at base
- Made-to-measure operations — multi-garment orders, repeat clientele, structured production
StitchCore works for any premium bespoke business, anywhere. Current studios are active across India, UAE, UK, and Europe. Onboarding is fully remote — no geographic restriction.
Garment Support
Western tailoring primary — full ethnic garment support included
Western tailoring is the primary focus, with bespoke-native customisation specs built to the depth real studios require. Full support for ethnic and regional garment types is included and configured as part of studio setup.

Architecture & Data
Every studio fully isolated — your data belongs to your studio
Each business on StitchCore gets a completely isolated workspace. Client data is not pooled or shared with any other business on the platform. This is a meaningful architectural distinction from standard SaaS multi-tenant systems — not a policy promise.
What’s Coming Next
A live platform, continuously expanding
StitchCore is a fully operational platform — every core feature studios need is live today. The following additions are in development, driven by feedback from active studios as their operations grow.
- Fabric library — studios add fabrics with supplier, cost, composition, and tags. Booking flow updated to select from library with auto-attached fabric image.
- Style library — studios save signature garments and house configurations. One click to add a reference style to any new booking.
- Measurement sets — restructured measurement storage per customer profile. More structured, more flexible, aligned to article-type requirements.
- Multi-studio support — single account managing multiple studio workspaces. Targeted at larger operations and studio groups.
- Deep analytics — ROI metrics, revenue by stylist, cross-studio reporting.
- Production view — advanced floor-level production pipeline visibility beyond individual order tracking.
Onboarding
Configured to your studio — not the other way around
Every new studio goes through a guided onboarding process. We take time to understand your workflow properly — your stages, garment types, measurement structure, and team roles. Once we have that, we configure your workspace, build personalised user guides for your team, and run short training sessions so everyone can start immediately. 24×7 support is included from day one.
