Privacy & Security Commitment
Last reviewed: March 2026
StitchCore is built for premium bespoke tailoring studios — and your operational data should stay yours. This page explains, in plain language, how we protect your studio data and what we will never do with it.
What we collect — and why
StitchCore stores only the information required to run your studio operations: bookings, customer profiles, garment details, measurements, production status, team assignments, payroll calculations, and documents like invoices/receipts/order sheets. We do not build ad profiles and we do not use your operational data for third-party marketing.
Data ownership
- Your studio retains ownership of the data you enter.
- We don’t claim rights to your customer lists, measurements, or order details.
- We don’t sell data — now or in the future.
Access control
- Role-based access so each team member sees only what they need.
- Isolated studio workspaces to prevent cross-studio visibility.
- Support access is only used when necessary and requested.
Security safeguards
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for data in transit.
- Password-protected accounts and session controls.
- Design choices that reduce accidental exposure across roles.
Security commitments
Security is not a single feature — it’s the combination of isolation, access control, and disciplined operational practices. Here’s what StitchCore commits to maintaining.
Isolation by design
- Each studio has its own dedicated subdomain and separate database.
- No shared data infrastructure between studios — there is no technical pathway from one studio’s data to another’s.
- This is an architectural fact, not just a policy.
Least-privilege access
- Roles and permissions restrict sensitive areas (e.g., payroll).
- Access can be tailored to your studio workflow.
- Admin visibility remains controlled and intentional.
Encrypted transport
- We enforce TLS/HTTPS connections.
- Credentials and operational data are protected during transmission.
- Modern browsers verify secure sessions.
Privacy commitments
StitchCore is a paid operations platform — not an advertising business. That shapes our privacy stance and product choices.
Do you sell or rent my data?
No. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your operational data with marketing companies or advertisers.
Do you use my data for ads or ad targeting?
No. StitchCore is not built around advertising. We do not build ad profiles from your studio data.
Who can access my studio data?
Your authorized studio users (based on roles). StitchCore support access is limited and used only when necessary for support and typically upon request.
