StitchCore (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a management software platform built for premium bespoke tailoring studios, operated by PanjWebz. This policy explains how we handle personal information on stitchcore.in and within the hosted studio workspace (the “Service”).

Information we collect
- Website visits. Basic technical data (IP, device, pages viewed, timestamps) and cookies necessary for operation and optional analytics.
- Get Started / Contact forms. Studio/brand name, your name, role, phone, email, city/country, website, focus, expectations, and any messages you send.
- Workspace data (customers/teams/orders). When your studio uses the Service, we process data you enter to operate the product. You remain the owner of that data.
- Support & communications. Emails, tickets, call notes, and preferences (e.g., WhatsApp/email updates if enabled).
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Set up and support your studio workspace, including user onboarding and training.
- Respond to enquiries and send service-related communications.
- Measure site usage and product performance (aggregate/anonymous where possible).
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Legal bases we rely on
- Contract (to deliver the Service you request).
- Legitimate interests (to run and protect our business and product, reasonably expected by you).
- Consent (for optional analytics/marketing where required—you can withdraw anytime).

Each studio workspace runs on an isolated database — there is no shared data infrastructure between studios, meaning one studio’s data has no technical pathway to another’s. Please keep your credentials safe and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
International transfers
We may use providers located in other countries. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data and can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact team@stitchcore.in. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP)
We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 as a guiding framework for how we collect, use, and handle personal data. We are not certified or registered under DPDP, but we use its principles to inform our approach to data handling, consent, and your rights as a data principal.
