About StitchCore

Software that respects the craft.

Order and client management, built only for bespoke tailoring — and shaped by the people who use it. This is where it comes from.

The story

Born from real studio problems.

StitchCore began inside TailorTell, a digital agency that spent years building for fashion brands and garment makers. The work kept leading to the same rooms — cutting tables, fitting mirrors, workshop floors.

And in those rooms, the same picture: exceptional craftsmanship running on paper slips, WhatsApp threads and disconnected spreadsheets. The order existed everywhere except in one place.

So we built the place — and not alone. StitchCore has been shaped by working studios from its first release — GentStyle Bespoke Tailoring among the earliest, joined since by studios around the world. Their owners, managers and tailors set the roadmap still.

Product planning is led by Mehtab, StitchCore’s founder — every feature that ships starts as a conversation with the people who’ll use it.

How we work

Four principles, held since the first release.

Configured to the studio, never the other way around.

Garment types, stages, measurement methods, terminology — set up around how you already work. Unused features disappear.

Built from real feedback.

What ships starts as a request from a working studio, not an assumption about one.

Your data is always yours.

Every studio runs in its own isolated workspace — own subdomain, own database. Support access only with consent.

It evolves with the studios using it.

New capabilities land because someone needed them, and updates reach every studio's dashboard as they ship.

The aim

The running of it, invisible.

Everything StitchCore does exists to make the operational side quiet — booked, tracked, paid, delivered — so the craft stays at the centre.
