The data
What we hold, and why.
StitchCore stores what your studio enters to run its day: bookings, client profiles, garment details, measurements, production status, team assignments, and documents like invoices, receipts and order sheets.
We don’t build advertising profiles from it, and we don’t use it for third-party marketing. StitchCore is a paid operations platform — not an advertising business.
Ownership
Everything your studio enters stays your studio's. We claim no rights over your client list or your order details. We don't sell data — now or in the future.
Access control
Role-based permissions decide who sees what inside your team, and isolated workspaces mean no studio can see another's data. Support access is limited to the help you asked for.
Safeguards
TLS/HTTPS on every connection, password-protected accounts, and design choices that reduce accidental cross-role exposure.
How it’s built
Security that’s architecture, not policy.
Isolation by design
Each studio has its own dedicated subdomain and separate database. There is no technical pathway from one studio's data to another's — an architectural fact, not just a policy.
Least-privilege access
Every role sees only what its work needs. Sensitive areas like pricing and revenue stay with the people you choose; floor roles update work status, and the system blocks anything beyond it.
Encrypted transport
TLS/HTTPS is enforced on every session, so credentials and operational data are protected while they travel.

Do you sell or rent our data?
No. We do not sell your data to anyone — now or in the future.
Do you use our data for ads or ad targeting?
No. StitchCore is not built around advertising, and your operational data never feeds ad systems.
Who can access our studio's data?
The people you've authorised, within the limits of their role. Our support team can access your workspace only when you ask for help — and only for that help.
