Features
Everything StitchCore does for a bespoke tailoring business.
Six short reads: the order record, your clients, your day, your team, the money on orders, and the room to grow.
01 — The record
Every order, complete, in one place.
One order can be three garments with three different hands. The record holds all of it.
- The whole order booked in one pass — client, garments, dates, charges.
- Style choices picked visually; sketches and photos go straight in.
- Fabric and lining from your own library.
- Measurements saved once — ready on every next order.
- A measurement sheet set up the way you measure, posture photos beside it.
- Alterations kept round by round — nothing overwritten.
- Every garment with its own tailor, status and timeline; trial dates visible.
- Printed order sheets, a job card with every garment.
02 — The client
A client should never have to chase you.
Remembered when they walk in. Updated without asking.
- Look up a client by phone or email — measurements, notes, full history.
- Every order gets a tracking page — no app, no login.
- Updates go out on WhatsApp or email, already written.
- A printable receipt with every booking.
03 — The day
The state of the day, at one look.
The answers are waiting before anyone has asked.
- The dashboard opens on today — what’s due, what’s coming, the numbers.
- A morning email with due today, due tomorrow, overdue — only when there’s something to say.
- A calendar of upcoming trials and deliveries.
- A production view — every garment, stage by stage.
04 — The team
Everyone sees their work. You see everything.
Work moves without chasing — and your numbers stay yours.
- Nine ready-made roles — everyone sees only what their work needs.
- Scan the job card’s QR, mark it done — nothing to learn.
- Notifications reach only the people concerned.
- Client contacts, prices and revenue on a need-to-know basis.
- The floor can update work — never client details, charges or measurements.
05 — The money
Money on orders, kept straight.
From advance to final payment — on the order, not in a diary.
- Advance and balance on every order.
- Every payment kept — the history is right there.
- Receipts printed the moment someone asks.
- What came in, what’s due, what’s held as advances — for any period.
06 — Room to grow
Ready for the business you’re building.
Shaped to the shop you run today — no replacing it tomorrow.
- A second location is a switch, not a migration — staff see their branch, you see everything.
- Receipts and tracking pages carry your branding.
- Updates land in the dashboard — the roadmap is set by the people using it.
FAQ
Asked while looking closer.
The essentials — what StitchCore is, devices, data, the guarantee — are answered on the homepage.
Does it work for travelling brands and trunk shows?
Yes — orders taken across cities and countries run in the same workspace. Client profiles, measurements and order history come along wherever you’re working from.
What garment types does it support?
Suits, trousers, shirts, waistcoats, blazers, overcoats and structured womenswear — and ethnic and ceremonial garments such as sherwanis, kanduras, abayas and kurtas. Your garment list is set up as part of onboarding.
Does it work for womenswear and mixed businesses?
Yes. Womenswear runs at full depth — tailored jackets, trousers, skirts, structured dresses, occasion and evening wear. Menswear and womenswear live in the same workspace, with nothing separate to set up.
Who on my team sees what?
That’s decided by you, through roles set during onboarding — a stylist sees her bookings, the workshop sees its queue, you see everything. Client contacts, charges and business numbers stay on a need-to-know basis.
Getting started
Rather see it than read about it?
A demo walks through everything on this page with your kind of work in it — and if it fits, your workspace is set up with you. A short form starts it.
